All preparatory documents for this General Meeting are now available on Biophytis’ website, including the general report of the Board of Directors, the statutory auditors’ reports, and the full text of the proposed resolutions to be submitted to your vote.
This General Meeting takes place at an important time for Biophytis. Over the past few months, we have reached several important milestones in the development of BIO101, our lead drug candidate, with a strategy now focused on two complementary indications: obesity and sarcopenia.
